Privacy policy

This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of doubt, the German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is legally binding.

As of: October 2026. This policy applies to the landing page for the limited art edition "Timeless Attitude". The online shop at ixtime.art has its own privacy policy.

2. Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system type, referrer) to deliver the site and operate it securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place. Transfers to the USA rely on the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Vercel Web Analytics may be used for anonymous audience measurement. It works without cookies and without personal profiles. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Registration for early access

When you sign up for early access, we process your email address and, if you provide it voluntarily, your mobile number. We also store your consents with a timestamp.

Purpose: We inform you by email about the launch of the edition "Timeless Attitude" and early access on November 15, 2026. If you additionally consent, we remind you via WhatsApp.
Double opt-in: After submitting, we send you an email with a confirmation link. Only after you confirm is your registration stored and passed on to us. Without confirmation, nothing is processed further.
Legal basis: Your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@ixtime.art or via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Retention: Until you withdraw, at most until the campaign and subsequent handling are complete. After that we delete your data unless statutory retention duties apply.
Recipients: For sending emails we use Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA) as processor. For the WhatsApp reminder (only with your consent), WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin) is used.
Providing a mobile number is voluntary. Only the email address is required.

To protect against automated sign-ups we use technical measures (hidden form field, timing check, request limiting). Your IP address is briefly processed in memory for this. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies, local storage and consent

This site sets no cookies that are required for operation. If measurement or marketing services are enabled, we ask for your consent on your first visit. We store your decision in your browser's local storage (entry "ixt_consent_v1") so we don't have to ask again. You can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We also store your language choice in local storage ("ixt_lang"). Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR respectively.

5. Analytics and marketing services (consent only)

If enabled and permitted by you, we use:

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to evaluate site usage, with anonymized IP address.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure the success of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Both services load only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Data may be transferred to the USA. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings".

6. Fonts

The fonts used are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is made.

7. External links

This site links to Instagram and to our shop at ixtime.art. When you click, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consents at any time. Contact info@ixtime.art for this.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.

This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). You can recognize it by the lock icon in your browser's address bar.
